Whoow Jag read about how to link BDO Debit card to Paypal and after reading it, the Question remains and never leaves. Smart Mastercard didn't make it to paypal its forbidden for their own good ,but if only merchants will use smart money it would be easy.Donate pay and whatever it will be fast .

If Herbalife ,paypal etc will use smart money there will be no more hassle on any transaction. But one must go personally to their bank office that's the start , enrolling online is another visit to them and another ATM verification which is an extra effort. The problem with them are so many codes that are not even found in their web forms , and those requirements are another qualification it qualifies only to limited age and specific annual show money .This notes is for AC customers only. Cheers.But pay for what ? If anything is getting bought and sold , then deliver if that is can be delivered via LBC or air 21 or whatever cargo services. And why donate?
