Paano magpakonsulta sa PGH Neuro at iba pang clinic sa PGH (Charity)?

1. Pumunta po sa PGH Outpatient Department sa Padre Faura

2. Pumila nang maaga sa Counter 1 para mabigyan ng blue card (para sa mga new patients) o sa Counter 5 (para sa mga may blue card na)

3. Sa Counter 1 o 5, sabihin kung ano ang ipinapakonsulta at sasabihan kayo kung saang clinic kayo na-assign

4. Maghintay ng tawag ng doktor sa clinic kung saan kayo pinapunta

Ano ang Blue card at White card?

Blue Card – ID ng pasyente ng PGH, charity man o private

White Card – ID ng mga pasyente ng PGH na “Class D” o indigent, ayon sa pagsusuri ng social worker

Makakakuha ng Blue Card sa unang beses na magpatingin sa PGH.

Naka-admit ang pasyente namin sa ibang hospital; gusto namin lumipat sa PGH. Ano gagawin namin?

2. Ang doktor ninyo ang makikipagcoordinate sa mga doktor sa PGH kung maililipat ang inyong pasyente

Private / Pay patient Transfer steps

1. Sabihin sa inyong doktor na gusto ninyong lumipat

2. Kung may kilala kayong PGH doctor, ibigay ang pangalan niya sa inyong doktor upang makapag-usap at makapag coordinate sila. Kung wala pa kayong kilalang doktor, maaaring tingnan ang ‘Staff’ page ng website upang makita ang listahan ng mga doktor ng Neurosciences. Maaari ding tumawag sa Neuroscience Office upang magtanong. Tingnan ang ‘Contact Us’ page.

3. Tumawag sa PGH ‘Pay Admitting Unit’ at magtanong kung may bakanteng kwarto. Magtanong na din ng instructions tungkol sa pagpapareserve ng room

4. Maililipat na ang pasyente kung may kwarto na kayo at nakapag coordinate na ang mga doktor ng PGH at ng inyong ospital

Kung sa Charity, pumunta lamang po sa OPD at matitingnan kayo ng doktor o specialist na kailangan. Tingnan sa taas kung paano magpakonsulta.

Wala pong Neuropsych testing o IQ testing sa Neuroscience Dept. You may also contact Dept of Rehabilitation Medicine or Dept of Psychiatry.

Ang PGH Neurosciences ay espesyalista sa utak, spinal cord at nerves. Kung hindi po dito ang inyong karamdaman, maari po kayong pumunta sa PGH-OPD para magabayan/ maituro sa nararapat na clinic. Tingnan sa taas ang “Paano magpakonsulta…”

Magkano and consultation fee / professional fee ng Neurologist / Neurosurgeon / Pediatric-Neurologist?

Kung sa PGH Charity, wala pong bayad ang doktor.

Kung sa PGH FMAB-UPMC (Private clinic), maaari ninyong tanungin ang clinic secretary ng inyong doktor.

Magkano ang CT scan/ MRI/ Angiography/ blood tests etc…?

Hindi po sakop ng Neuroscience department ang mga tests na ito. Maari ninyong tawagan o i-contact ang Radiology department para sa mga katanungan tungkol sa CT scan, MRI at 4Vessel angiography ng brain.

Hindi po kami nagbibigay ng estimate ng gastos ng operasyon dito sa internet. Pinakamabuting makausap ninyo ang inyong doktor dahil iba-iba po ang kondisyon ng pasyente kaya’t iba-iba din ang maaaring maging gastos ng pagpapa-opera.
